		Two Day Registration with Banquet					$85.00

		Two Day Registration without Banquet					$70.00

		Tuesday Registration without Banquet					$55.00

		Wednesday Registration without Banquet					$55.00

Please indicate in the boxes below how many guest programs and/or additional banquet tickets that you will need:

		Guest Program					$20.00

		Additional Banquet Tickets					$30.00

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made to those registrants who must cancel, less a $15 processing fee. Written cancellation requests must be made on or before February 26, 2010. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions are welcome.*
